The public website records privacy-safe page and funnel events such as route, campaign tags and selected enumerated goal. It does not intentionally record prompts, responses, credentials or customer evidence.

This public summary explains how website and controlled-beta information is used. Contractual terms for an assigned customer path take precedence when applicable.
Application requests
We use submitted contact, company, use-case and environment information to review and respond to a controlled-beta request. Optional marketing consent is separate from the consent required to process the application.
Evaluation evidence
The assigned integration model defines where approved evaluation data is processed. Do not submit confidential or regulated data until the operating boundary has been reviewed and approved.
Provider credentials
Public forms never request provider keys. When execution is approved, credentials are configured within an authorized project and handled separately from public acquisition data.
Performance Network
Contribution is off by default. Only separately consented, anonymized, categorized and threshold-gated signals may contribute. Raw prompts, raw responses, credentials, reports and identifiable records are not shared with other customers.
Retention and requests
Retention and deletion depend on the assigned beta or enterprise boundary. Contact WAO to request access, correction or deletion of public application information.
